Working in real estate has many challenges! Many of the things that happen, our clients may never even see, or hear about as we work behind the scenes, managing all the moving parts that make a Celebration Day possible!
But the rewards are pretty awesome as well! I will never get tired of seeing the look on the face of a home buyer when they find just the right home! Sure, there are some steps to get through, from making and having your offer accepted, inspections, appraisals, financing and maybe a few other things. But finally, we have a Celebration Day where our clients get the keys to the home they had been searching for.
Lauren and Matt came to us looking for their first home. We started in one part of Atlanta, and ended up in another. After the first day, they were thinking of which home to make an offer on, but I could tell they were not 100% on any one of them. I said, “Then don’t make an offer on one of these! Let’s get back to searching and find some other options for you to look at!” They were excited at this possibility and away we went. And sure enough, on just our second day out, we found the one.
